"Preparing for War" by Boyd van Dijk: OUP releases paperback edition

Changing Global Order's Research Fellow Boyd van Dijk's monograph, "Preparing for War," is now available in paperback from Oxford University Press.

In it, he reconstructs the making of the 1949 Geneva Conventions, the most important ever formulated for regulating armed conflicts.
